SCAM a gentleman of Indian persuasion or cultural heritage that thought I was female. Which is a nice touch, but last time I scratched an itch all my tackle was very much in place. Rehan Ali was recommended and everything went through smoothly. I did get confused with accessing my account as I tried to do it through British Gas online, who kept saying they did not have a record of me, eventually I twigged that I access the account through Britishgaslite.co.uk not British Gas. We are now waiting for a smart meter to be fitted. I have been given a date and a time rather than a day or half day slot, I just need to see if they turn up, but so far 5 star rating.

Person claiming to be from o2 but was even more incompetent than the real people at o2. Probably a scam.
They called several times and unable to understand the call as it is in a foreign language. Bit scary now so I blocked the caller
