...I do not remember calling this number or answering it. 49 minutes would have been the longest call of the year and I would have remembered. Fraud or scam, I have definitely been ripped off.

SCAM supposed to be a gift company. Never dealt with them. Didn’t answer or call back
If this is as others say ..Everest. that company went bust in 2019 and is now called everest 2020. They still owe or Chapel more than 4k deposit back. I have had this number blocked since last year because it kept ringing and there was nothing there . It just came up again as a blocked call today.. and yesterday. It was not ghe number I had as a contact for Everest or Everest 2020.

Tried to get security information from me. I asked for a direct phone number and he hung up. I called the credit card company and they said no one had called.

A call from this number (unaswered) was received late at night by a phone that has been hacked two weeks ago and the service provider seems not to have been able to put the account out of reach of the criminal, despite a great deal of correspondence with them. So Octopus Brokers pretending to be an Energy Company, are selling private details to third parties who want to put lethal equipment in people's homes so they can cut people off when they feel like it. Indian chap, allegedly from Carphone Warehouse. Said I could have a 5g phone with 80Gb of data, etc., for £7 a month. Sounded too good to be true, which means it probably is, so I passed. He then complained that I had wasted his time! I guess his next move would have been to ask for my bank details! Avoid!

It's CCS media - Bradford based tech supplier. Legit company if you already work with them. I've never known them to cold call for sales either, so should be safe.
