Woman called. Said my loft insulation didnt pass, as after a study by the British Lung Foundation found that it could be an irritant and did I want a loft inspection. Told her the house was only four years old. I asked her to identify herself. Said that she worked for loads of eco companies, so I said I trust no one and could she send me an email. She then hung up.
Silence and hung up. Probably malicious.

They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. its a scam even if it is 118 because they sell your data at no gain to you. If its unsolicited hang up because I have never seen any unsolicited call from an unknown person being to your benefit - normally its quite the opposite.
