I informed them that I was fed up with these calls and told them to 'piss off'. They obviously did not like this approach and immediately returned then call and then told me to 'F**K OFF Yourself' and then hanged up. The use of this type of profanity response by a public 'Company' that presumably pays some sort of tax needs to be brought to task by whatever government department exists to control these parasites.

Spoke to an Asian fella who transferred my to an English women. Obviously a very poor scam- have some fun play along and waste their time - it drives her mad! I lasted 5 mi s before ahe put the phone down swearing :)

Claimed that I took out insurance for drainage at my house. The first two years were free and as I had made no claims the remaing three years were to be at half price. They quoted the last 4 digits of my bank card but this was my old card.When I would not give them my new card they said that as this was the last day they could keep the offer and would have to charge the full amount. The person who called was speaking with an English accent and sounded very plausable.
