Fraud SPAM SCAM tried to send 1 off code to mobile to access my o2 account then tried to ring me off the number 01313581213 then because i didnt answer tried again off 02045898110 but i didnt answer again as calls from numbers not in phone alert me there automatically blocked I have now also reported there activity to o2 and blocked them fully should they try the same thing again!

Has rang 3 times in twenty minutes asking for someone who left the company over a decade ago. Then asking for the person who deals with the energy account (we have a broker who deals with it all on our behalf) and when told we are not interested rings back anyway.

I asked how they have my number and she said from a shared database of all UK providers, although this would seemingly breach GDPR for sharing customer's contact details and wouldn't make sense for the businesses to risk losing customers this way. 2022.07.18 at 13:37 my phone showed ‘International’, with the number 0049 1375 381293, which looks like it came from Germany (0049), but with a local code that was the same as my own ((0)1375)... anyway a recorded message claimed it was from 'bank security', that two large withdrawals had been made on my account, inc one from Amazon, and that I needed to press a particular number to speak to them. This is obviously a SCAM and an ATTEMPTED FRAUD..

IT IS A SCAM The person they named left here over 9 years ago and has updated her contact details with LLOYDS each time she moved. The question I would like answered is if LLOYDS know they have detected fraudulent activity on a card, why don’t they stop it?
