They cold-call phoned me about renewal of insurance on kitchen white goods. They needed some banking details to alter the payment paperwork because they were giving me a no-claims discount. Knew enough about me to make this plausible. I 'needed to go to an appointment' [actually true] so I had to ask them to phone back tomorrow - which they were readily willing to do. "Steve" from a mobile phone supplier. Asked him twice to name the company. He panicked and hung up. Heavily Asian accented. Don't think he was really called Steve!

SPAM - eventually answered as a call centre for the "housing maintenance team" asking how I was. Hung up, blocked and reported. This is a newish number as well so either autodialing or selling numbers again.

Said he was doing a survey about energy, said that i lived in one on the highest energy use areas in the country and local energy providers want to understand why. I said I would not answer any questions.but he proceeded to ask if I had double glazing. I repeated I was not prepared to disclose any information about me or my property to someone on the phone I did not know. He was polite and hung up. I did feel it was leading to a scam call

Phone scam from Pakistan claiming to be Three Mobile. When I said how poor Three were and that I would never consider moving to them they became abusive. Wanting to know what my cover was and who it was being left to and that they could lower my payments and increase my cover. Asked them who they were.phinong on behalf of! Not my life insurance company ???? contacted my insurance company who conformed they do not use brokers and to always use them direct for anything

Received missed call at 18:50 which in itself is strange for a business. When I called it back there was a Click, and then a holding Jingle music started playing, as if I'd been transferred to another line. I ended the call after about 10secs. I would consider it spam

Extremely foreign individual - fairly incomprehensible!! Apparently advising refund due from BT, although quoting call as being from Sky. Asking for bank account to which the refund should be made.
