Called me but when I answered immediately had an answering machine that said a letter for me had been returned to them so they would be taking legal action, like an answering machine would go into that much depth. Then I waited for the message to repeat to hear who it claimed to be and instead it hung up. Clearly a scam.

First the person calling me call me by my nickname instead of my full name which is already strange And then he attempted to say something about the financial markets but I hanged up immediately Do not answer this number

This number is from a batch of similar numbers: 07488871686. 07488871703. 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, 07488871560, 07488871705. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.

Telemarketing SCAM Claimed to be from the Solar Advice Centre based in Dorset. A Leeds number and a dissolved company in Bolton. I don't think so

Sales call Fraud Said she was from the Energy Savings Team who would visit the house and assess for reducing heating bills etc. She refused to give a company name and when I insisted she hung up. I subscribe to TPS but this doesn't seem to have any effect on the spam/fraud calls I get...

SCAM Had a number of calls recently offering a new iPhone. I don't use or like Apple products so they are wasting their time. 2 calls yesterday from 01208 247201 - missed the 1st, but they rang again withing seconds. As suspected, another iPhone scam call. That block of numbers is owned by Franzcom Telecoms in Bodmin, Cornwall. Something needs to be done to prevent these foreign scammers spoofing UK telephone numbers.

Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. It's a scam - someone claimed they are calling from O2 Chinese Customer Service center - they even know my personal details (e.g. name, number, email) and say I am involved with sending spamming text so need to file a record with chinese police. They gave me lots of details to verify their identity that makes them trustworthy. However, I reconfirmed with O2 that this is not their CS number - so it's only a spam call. Beware!

Automated call from 01189668073 on my virtually unused landline threatening to cut off my internet service in 24 hours due to illegal activity. This was recorded by my answer phone and the message invites you to press 1 to speak to the technical department. No doubt that would then be some scam which is being deployed.

Caled at 16:15. An English accented woman launched into "I'm from the Community Energy Review, & want to tell you I am not selling anything..." I cut her off & told her she was lying, that she wanted someone to check my insulation & that they would be trying to sell me "upgraded" insulation. There was a long silence so I hung up. These same people ring on average of every 2 months from different numbers. Each time they say they "We are in your area", when this call
