Early morning call; the caller claimed to be from amazon asking about an iPhone order(never made) and said someone must have used my details. They asked if I was on an Android or iPhone, or to go to google on chrome to search for 'Anydesk' ( this App is for remote access, so I refused to download it,) when they realized I understood what it was they hung up. Be careful people!

SCAM: The number 08000478737 is on a letter supposedly from Trading Standards saying a wine investment company I have shares with has gone bust. The letter comes with an Insolvency Service form to complete regarding my shares, and that i must complete it in order to get full value of my shares returned. I must telephone the number to give the answers. Except, the wine company hasn't gone bust & Trading Standards don't send out these kind of letters.

Fraud, the number 447467780171 is used by scammer/s to take your hard earned cash for goods that never arrive. the website connected to this number is Compinstock.co.uk, but likely the scammer could be using this on other sites?

Fraud - claimed to be welsh government doing a survey on employment but the gov know my household is not employed due to sickness and being a full time carer The only companies are HMRC and DWP you should speak to, and they rarely call you without a letter to inform. Or, a letter reccomending to call them to resolve an issue. DO NOT TRUST. They will try collecting personal information.

Received a call from this number claiming to be Microsoft saying that they've detected a problem with my computer and asked if I can switch on my computer. I refused and challenged them; caller eventually put me onto their "supervisor" and he asked me if I understood the nature of this call from Microsoft today but I told him that I didn't believe he was and he said "OK then f**k off" and I replied "Likewise" and hung up. SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!
