This sod rang me at about 7.30 to night. As with other responders, the caller tried to imply that there were changes to my domestic insurance cover but no worries, they could fix it for me. Did I have a pencil and paper ready? When I pointed out that I get daily nuisance calls so put the request in writing, the line went dead. im registered with TPS but what s the point - it makes no difference!

I was stupid enough to try to return this call. Automated message didn t tell me who the company was and put me in a queue so I hung up.

I made the mistake of buying once from them 2 years ago. They call constantly looking for another order. Will not take NO for an answer....
