Just had a phone call from this number, twice on my mobile and at home saying that the banks lied and I can get money on ppi. But dont know anything about them.

I answered the first call. A guy with a heavy Indian accent began to describe a job opportunity before my mobile signal was lost. The same number has called me twice a day for the last 3 days. I ignored the calls and no message was left. Any reputable agency would leave a voicemail.

Scam pretending to be BT Open Reach. They say you have a problem with your internet connection in some way. Most likely they will hack your PC / install a virus / basically remote criminal damage. Do not follow instructions as it will likely cost you

Been having this number phone both my mobile and house phone quite a few times this week. It all stemmed from a quick survey which I answered from a call on the weekend. Not a scam at all. It is a Vodaphone number and they offered me a tablet, initially for just over £3 a week which immediately dropped to £10 per month when I declined. I still said no, but caller was polite and not aggressive or persistent. If they keep calling I ll revise this rating.

Did not answer the call, but I presume it s Scottish Power, for the same reason as above, to stop being taken over by the other supplier.
