Like other reviewer, I had the same call today from a lady with a very strong accent and could not understand a word she was saying apart from hearing 02. Told her I wasn't with 02, she said you are, (I think). Put the phone down and blocked it. Does make me laugh when these spammers try to tell you, you have a product when you don't, do they really think we are that stupid!!

Just hang up as there is no identification to suggest they are real and there are no confirmed names or card details to ensure it is you or your card. Got a call from this number this morning. Silent call. I suspect scammers may be impersonating this number. The number is legit, it's a genuine company, but it could be scammers are spoofing their real number and stealing their number to look like this one instead.

They're pretending to be iD Mobile but they're not, god knows how they're finding what mobile service we're with to try and make the text message look genuine.
