Had a Scouse accent and said they were calling from First Call Ltd carrying out a survey on an accident that I had more than 2 years ago. They said they obtained my information from the insurance company and were checking to make sure that I had received good service. Text message - claiming to be from the Royal Mail. Said they'd tried to deliver a parcel while I was out - so I should send them £2 for re-delivery, otherwise the parcel would be returned to sender. However ... 1) I was at home all day; 2) I'm not expecting a delivery via the Royal Mail; 3) The Royal Mail don't levy a charge for re-delivery.
A company with a good reason to call, very helpful staff and not a nuisance call at all!
