I was contacted from this number at 16:30 on 10.06.2022. It was a man of Asian origin judging by the accent (Pakistani, Indian, Sri Lankan or Bangladeshi) and said quote: “Hello, is this ***** *****? (he pronounced my real name and surname and I confirmed). I am calling from UP Choice (I never heard about such company). Don’t worry I am not going to sell you anything. It was an automated call claiming to be fromAmazon about rogue orders on my account. I have never had a call from Amazon about thise things. I didnt select any options and the number went dead.
SCAM Asked to speak to me by name and then hung up when I confirmed it was me. Possible scam or fishing for info. Number now blocked. Also had a missed call an hour earlier from 02038077025 so suspect same people.

SCAM Have called me twice a day for a month, Im at a loss what to do now. They say they are calling from Life Insurance company and their benefits are better than the company Im with now. When I ask what are the better benefits, they hang up. Not aggressive or rude but annoyingly persistant.

Automated call, claiming to be from a bank (not specified) to inform me two payments had been made on a card. One to Amazon, and one an international transfer. Asked to press 1 to cancel, and another number to be transferred. This is the third call received in less than a week from similar numbers.

Went through all the comments, I found some painful, while some were funny. My conclusion is most people can still get scammed just because they can’t read in- between the lines. I’ve be victimized. Now I have a resident expert and a professional hacker who helped me recover my funds and so far, it had been worth it. Hackers easily know a bitcoin scam. 01224462015 = Cold Callers. Phone then you hear noise (them getting an answer from any of the other random numbers they call means they hang up on the rest) then they are gone. ABSOLUTE SCUM.

Automated A Very annoying automated call. They call on average 4 times day. Starting at 9am. Never leave a message, never say who they are. I called them back using this number and an automated message says this telephone number has been discontinued as it has been reported as fraud.
SCAM: Overseas call centre (possibly India/Pakistan) pretending to be Virgin Media called asking me to install AnyDesk.com software to help me "fix internet problems", got very abusive when they realised they'd been wasting their time as I knew instantly it was a scam and kept them on the phone for a while

When I pointed that out, he pretended he didn't have access because a different department has access to such details. He did NOT greed me by name. IF he would have been legit, he'd have my name and know who he was calling.

Very elaborate work scam. This phone number will text saying there is a position in a US company to optimise apps. The website seems legit but once you do all they say. They will ask you to send them money to unblock the cryptomomey. Dont do it and report it.

call was an automated call saying it was from a bank and my account had been compromised - 2 amounts of money taken from sources I do not use. It didn't say which bank of what account was involved just press 1 or 2 depending on my reaction. I did nothing but thought it should be reported as it came up as a local number. This is the second call this week of this nature so everyone should be aware that these nasty people are targeting people some of who may be vunerable.
