Usual stuff. Today i asked them to hold the line while I find the details. Set the timer and put the phone on mute. I ve had them wait for as long as 10 minutes before. The more time I waste the less they harass somebody else.

We get 2 or sometimes 3 calls per day from this number. The call is a recorded message about "government funded boilers etc". At the end of the message it says "Press 2 to speak to one of our advisers. But when I do this it only saves the message to my voice mail. How can I get these nuisance calls stopped? A VERY Asian sounding DANIEL just called from 02082132170 claiming to be from "technical services"..... put the phone down on me when I commented he was no more a DANIEL than I was a MOHAMMED!!!
