Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!

Like other reviews I received text message at 4.28am (very strange), supposedly from Apple stating: "We've noticed a transaction that seems unusual , therefore we've had to place a hold on your wallet features. Kindly visit EnableYourIDUser.com to see more information on how to continue using your apple wallet." SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen.
