Number 02071124802 phoned me and said they was from start up loans. www.startuploans.co.uk and wanted me to transfer them £58 for the loan to be secured under the insurance. They provided me with a person called Jamin bank details which straight away is strange for a company. I was told it was the managers details as money transferred to the company always bounces back. This number came in a text message to me supposedly from my daughter asking me to whatsapp the number so that I could contact her as her own phone was not working and it was an emergency.

Said they were from BT and were going to cancel Broadband, installed anywhere desktop access software and installed Trojan Gen 5 to gain access to a bank account. Thankfully the bank saw it as a large amount and blocked the transaction

19/01/23 at 15:42 Got 5 text messages on my mobile,introduced themselves as my eldest child,said that she had a little accident,that shes texting me from her friend's mobile (00447709082775), gave me this number 00447700161284 to text back to confirm.It said that she dropped her phone,that she is bit stressed out.asked me if i can help her with something and make payment for her.When I asked to proof its my daughter,no more texts received.

Looks like a scam pretending to be from Santander as it has a link to a website.

an asian who spoke so fast that to start with it was impossible to understand and when asked to repeat it but slowly she said she was phoning to alert me that i had to pay another charge on my order. she said if i could give her my bank details amazon will debit it from my account. i have not brought any thing from amazon and i dont have an account with amazon never have and never will . beware of this number because these people are thieves and are not from amazon.

Probable scam. Asked me for "Final Payment" on a "contract" (non-existent) for maintaining domestic appliances, saying it was due today, and that a paper receipt would be sent to my hone address, which the caller asked me to verify. When I said the address was correct, I also said he should have sent an invoice earlier, but he then immediately hung up.
