Scam. Pretended to be O2 and randomly offered me 30% off my bill. He had no information on me, very unprofessional, wanted me to confirm all my personal data. When I suggested this was a scam he hung up on me.

Told him I don't deal with google, he claimed no available help at google. when I said I can't help with google and to contact them, he said only 'he can set his password'.
