A SCAM - be very careful as the person on the phone will try to get you to download a programme called "anydesk.com" which gives remote access to your computer. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). He took me through a few dialogue boxes (thankfully I knew that I was not changing settings). He then tried to get me to download the programme. Thankfully I questioned it. He hung up. The number he called from was 02036

SCAM: received a message telling me that "Apple Pay was deactivated on your device" followed by a very suspicious link

Fraud claim to inform me of transaction on my card but I have only ever had text messages from my bank when a suspect transaction has occurred so thin k this may be fraud.

SCAM tried asking for my passcode saying they were NatWest bank and was I trying to send someone £600 into a western union account I said no and they started asking for my passcode I no the bank don’t ask for this information so I hung up and reported it to my bank and they confirmed it’s a scam no money was taken

Phone scam from Pakistan claiming to be Three Mobile. When I said how poor Three were and that I would never consider moving to them they became abusive. Although this is a local area code, the automated message upon picking up the phone said…’Dear Customer, your Amazon Prime membership has expired and you have been charged £95…’ I hung up the phone before listening to the rest of the message! SCAM!! Probably trying to get vulnerable people to hand over their bank details!!
