They asked to access my pc to check a frozen crypto wallet. When i asked them why i apparently had £16k in my name they were kindly trying to return to me. I said i wasn't aware of this and they should give it to charity rather than faff about with my pc, this confused the nice man. He insisted i should have my money back, we to and fro'd for a little bit before he eventually accepted that i actually knew more about blockchain transactions than he did.

Fraud SCAM 07477281979 100% scammers, don't give them any info, they aren't anything to do with any tax office. They're using computer generated voices now likely to hide the fact they a ll have strong asian accents the previous time they called me.

Silent call - rang early morni9ng and when I picked up there was no voice, nothing. I said hello, but there was no reply - said it again and then the line went dead. Few people use our landline these days, and only numbers we recognise (family and friends) so I suspect this was spam.

This number was attached to a scam text telling me a virgin money account (not a customer) was placed on hold. All false.
Said something about an web site that I had an account opened on that was in Bitcoin... Said balance was 4 something so I asked what was that in Canadian then line was silent like I was put on hold or mute for about 45sexonds then I heard a noise and hung up on me.... That seems awfully suspicious seeing I don't recall opening any accounts to buy trade or exchange funds for bitcon!?!?! Also when I looked up 4 in Bitcoin I Canadian is 27000???????? so that sealed the deal that this number is a SCAM/FRAUDU

Stated they were from tge local housing association and they were running a project to bring all tenners properties up to spec. He wanted to get someone there to conduct repairs. Call center - calling several times a day. I didn't answer, but called back and they knew who I was. Asked if I was still a tenant or in housing association and that they were something to do with housing repair service. I advised I was a homeowner, so she apologised and agreed to take my number off their list. I've no idea if they are legit or not.
This number (07587031637) texted me this message. "SANTANDER: Your one time passcode is 00684. If you did not request a code, please call us on 03300435407" 1. I did not request a one time pin 2 I don't have Santander 3. The number I was asked to ring is not a Santander num. Infact, it is for a business called...CMA Somerset in Yeovil. The business may be a front for this fraud scheme. Be vigilant. Very odd.
