Caller had very poor English. Saying he was from Virgin Media. The caller delayed speaking, then in a very odd voice said he was calling from virgin media. Not trust worthy very unprofessional

When asked how she got my number since I've never had dealings with 02084291383 i was told my number was on her database...asked 'what database'...she has a database from all network providers. So this number comes up for a Polish restaurant Folk House Zakopane in London. Well they'd have no reason to be calling people out of the the blue and 'Max' claimed he was calling from Carphone Warehouse.
