Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Recorded female claiming to be from Amazon about a recent purchase. I am not an Amazon customer and very unlikely to ever have be one. This call is most likely to be a scam call and would advise not to carry out what is requested .
Call center Caller advised that it was an urgent call regarding my broadband package and they could get me a better deal. Told them, not interested. They knew the address.
Answered call. No one at other end then line went dead.

When I told them I wasn't on Virgin, they waffle on about how they do the security for all broadband suppliers, because Virgin supplies the lines for them all. I told them I was on Grain, and then they just imediately hung up. Obvious fraud scam.

SCAM recorded message saying from my Bank that 2 amounts in my bank account and to call them by pressing certain numbers etc!!! Didn’t of course and put the phone down. I only answered as it was from my area, Oxford! They have tried before about 6 months ago. Be careful.

This number called Saturday 4th March early to say they were calling on behalf of amazon they were trying to stop our amazon account being hacked and our credit cards charged. Short story they are scammers trying to release you of your funds. They then continue with mobile phone numbers after this point. Be extremely careful when answering this number.
