SCAM Someone called “David” called trying to sell me a mobile phone contract. iPhone 13 pro max, 24 months with unlimited data, minutes and texts. For £40 a month. When enquired, came up with nonsense which made no sense. Asked for network provider, my name, and starting asking family names. Of course gave fake names and realised I knew they were scammers. Swearing dialogue commenced, said they were from Sri Lanka which seems nonsense. Accent sounded Indian. Called back on different number

Brechin (Scotland) cloned number allegedly from 02. A scam offering 40% off your O2 account. - I know it is a 100% scam as (a) I have had one of these calls before and (b) I ceased to be an O2 customer 4 years ago. Suspect someone hacked their site or an ex-employee has flogged their data to scammers. Foreign guy said he'd send a special code in a text/email but to not divulge it to anyone - probably because everyone gets the same and they don't want you to compare notes!

Loft insulation scam. Call centre in the Philippines claiming to represent Insulate UK, who state on their website that they do not do telemarketing. Was given website of insulateuk.com, a conservatory manufacturer.

This number is from scammers in Birmingham wanting your bank details to repay you home appliance warranty overpayments that do not exist. Usually get three to four calls per week from same people using different numbers. They tell you that you have overpaid and they are from the refund department and can only pay your refund directly into your bank account DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY DETAILS. I have received pornographic, harassing videos and pictures aimed at myself as well as sexually explicit messages from this number. This person is a stalker and I believe they may have links to India. They go quiet for a few months after I block them, a new number pops up. I need to leave this here in case anyone else is experiencing this. It has been reported to British authorities. IP is probably being bounced.

Lady called offering iPhones and androids for £30. When I told her she had called a business line she told me she didn't care and she was going to keep calling no matter what I said.
