Fraud automated fake tax call from a personal mobile phone number
Rang today saying it was a debt company and my husband( who they didn’t know was deceased ) owed money for a long time . I didn’t tell them he was deceased and said if you want ant contact with my husband you’ll only get it through me , as this Indian insisted he spoke to him . I said do you understand what I’m saying to you if you have anything to say to my husband you won’t get passed me so either hang up or speak your peace . He then said my husbands debt had been passed to him as he’d owed money for

Scammer calling from apparently O2, my phone was a work phone so I have no control over anything
the caller took a long while to respond and when she did she spoke with a very heavy foreign accent. She used the wrong name when she asked to speak to us so I put the phone down.

He laughed down the phone at me and called me ignorant for not wanting to discuss how I could make money. just called by this number. A robot call, falsely claiming my (credit card?) account has been charged twice and asking me to call another number. I immediately hung up and checked my account. No such sums had been taken. The large number of calls made from this number appears to confirm a scam attempt.

When I answered the call a man said he was calling from a security company which installed alarms etc - I said I was not interested and he said ok and I switched off phone. It was to my mobile number which I have only given to friends and family - cannot understand how I am now getting calls on this phone mainly from phones which appear to be in the North of England. Lots of times no-one answers but equally I do not answer most of them as presume they are scams
