Claiming to be BT, saying getting reports that my router/internet speed is not as it should be. Spoken English with strong foreign accent.....said something very garbled and fast followed by OK Repeated, when I told him I had not been able to understand what he was saying. Same thing happened on 2nd time of not understanding.....but this time he hung up. Suspect not BT at all.

I was called by a lady from Meme Makeovers from this number. A lady offered my a photoshoot for a competition I had won from a wedding exhibition where I had left my details. She subsequently was incredibly rude and pretty much accused me of lying when I told her that her sales rep had not told me about a deposit of £35 and when I told her to call me the next day so I could think about it before committing, became pretty aggressive - complete disaster!! Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.
Had calls from these clowns for years, despite being ex-directory, registered with TPS, and despite asking them, every single time, to remove me from their lists.

This number was the one that appeared on my phone as having called me, after receiving an automated call supposedly from Visa, informing me of suspicious transactions on my account and to press 1 to accept or 2 if I did not. Later I phoned this number, using 141 beforehand so they would not know who called, and a man answered...just an "ordinary sounding guy", no mention of an office/bank/or fraud squad. I asked to speak to a random person and apologised for dailling a "wrong number"..

SPAM i think this is a telephone call automated voice telling you there is something wrong with your Sky Broadband. This is the second time today (by half one pm) i’ve had this,plus one yesterday morning. We were targeted by the same people, from a different number last year, which i reported to Sky along with a load of other people. That was a call centre from Asia and the were about 10 daily. As this is automated - in fact the last was just silent- i haven’t yet reported it, but i will if they continue.

I m being inundated with nuisance calls, mainly international or weird numbers. Most hang up if you can t get to the phone within second. My trick, grab the phone, put it by radio or tv, you note they don t hang up then. THEN TURN THE VOL UP. If it deafens them hard luck!!
