Auto voice told me I'd been charged £79.99 for something to do with Prime.
We have 2 phones sending 2051 sms. Both are Nokia C21 plus and appear to have been hacked or have malware in stock ROM. Other owners of this phone are reporting the same problem. Missed a call from this number, but then rung it back and it was a restaurant that had no idea why I'd been called? V strange.
Repetitive calling multiple times a day, every day lately. A nuisance, harassing non-professional behaviour. Others have said it may be OVO energy but if so they have other alternative contact for me if it's really necessary.
This is a scam, they claim they are calling from O2 my mobile provider which is not true and they ask you to go through security with them you give false info and they claim all is fine and that they are now on your account. All fake I never gave real info and my provider it is not O2. Beware!!
