This was an automated voice saying they were Amazon and I had been charged £95 for their Prime service - press one if I wanted to speak with someone or 2 if.... Just joined START RESCUE, they rang and left a message asking me to call back to discus my plan. Cannot see any reason to call them as my plan has been set up and is active as paid, i think more likely they want you to take out other policies with them, not ringing back.

I've had two missed calls from this local phone number, but they don't bother to leave a message & when I phone back it is an automated message that let's me know that nobody will answer and I can't leave a message. If you don't warn someone you're going to phone, they're not going to answer. My only guess is that it's someone from the council or Severn Trent possibly.
