Dangerous scam call from this number - just hang up. Says is Lloyds Bank fraud dept and that my debit card has been used fraudulently, and to call a number. Someone needs to stop this criminal activity!

Early morning call; the caller claimed to be from amazon asking about an iPhone order(never made) and said someone must have used my details. They asked if I was on an Android or iPhone, or to go to google on chrome to search for 'Anydesk' ( this App is for remote access, so I refused to download it,) when they realized I understood what it was they hung up. This was an automated call advising I had suspected fraud on my accounts. Gave 2 transactions and was asked to press 1 to accept 2 to decline. I put the phone down and called the bank. It wasn’t them! Please just put the phone down on this number and don’t press any buttons

Purport to be transaction investigators for TSB, and for an hour went over and over questioning, checking transactions, cancelling card, and then working very hard to persuade that account needed closing and reopening with a safe sort code and account number, asking about standing orders and Direct debits!!! Thankfully we realised in time and put a stop to it. They had enough information by then to make it dodgy!!!!

i had a text message from this number which takes you to what looks like a fake royalmail website. None of the embedded links work on the website. The message at the top of the page seems to suggest these is an unpaid fee on a parcel. - SCAM
