Paid number. I found that a 20-second call was registered going out of my number to this number, although I never dialled it. I was later charged for the call. I have no idea how it got into my phone and how it auto-dialled.

I called back the number and its a cover for a debt helpline, I went through option 1 (Support) as I was going to tell them to do one and the line dropped, so my numbers going to be going to every arse whose parents never loved them, who have become spammers around the world. Just been called by this number claiming to be from Amazon, obvious scam.

Fraud - The call said they were HMRC and said some mail had been rejected and criminal charges would be made and to press 1 to speak to someone. I then hung up. On searching the number it comes up as "Stichery" on Thames Ditton High Street. This was not the business that called me.

Originally said they were love energy then that changed to love Ltd. The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. He also said he was the owner of the business.
