Keep getting calls from this number, nobody speaks, as soon as I delete number they phone again on different number, very annoying, keep ringing land line and mobile

I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.
