SCAM Caller said they were from 3 (mobile phone company), said they had a promotion to reduce my bill and asked me whether I am using an iPhone or Samsung phone. I refused to give them details and the caller swore at me then hung up.

This is a recorded message saying that 2 transactions have been made on my account withdrawing around £1500. It's was obviously a scam so I just put the phone down. I often wonder what their mums think!

SCAM Pretending to be from Amazon Called me several times this week saying my Amazon prime Will be renewed in several days time. I don't have Amazon prime as I cancelled it due to not needing it.

Recorded message. Rapid speech. Didn't catch who it claimed to be from, but stated that certain suspicious charges had been made to my account or card. Asked me to press option 1 etc. No doubtI would have been asked for security info in order 'to identify me'.

SCAMmers trying to defraud trying to look like they are legit from PayPal. Has been reported to PayPal.

Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.

A recorded message informed me that some fairly large debits had been made on my Barclaycard account and that I should press '1' immediately. (I didn't do so.) Checked my Barclaycard account and there is no sign of any such debits. I therefore concluded this was a scam.

Amazon SCAM call phishing for your details. Automated call, apparently from “Amazon” saying I had placed an order to be delivered to a different address to mine for £749.00. The activity was suspicious so blocked my account. Logged into my Amazon account using the official app and there is no such activity.

SPAM A guy with a scouse accent, called up saying he was from Fleetpoint Magazine, sounded very odd, almost intoxicated. Was pressing for information about company vehicles but seemed very against actually explaining WHY he wanted that information. On multiple occasions he asked for different people in the company to ask instead of dealing with me and after many attempts I finally got to the bottom of the nature of his call. SCAM Claimed to be calling me about a 40% discount for my three subscription, but had to ask my name and email, indicating to me that they had just gone through a list of Three phone numbers, and it didn't seem very official, so I hung up.

A very suspect call. Phone rang and after a few seconds of silence the call terminated. I would never try to phone back in case of the call-back scam which can put you through to a premium number which makes massive charges. This kind of call, even if a genuine cold call, can be very worrying to some people and I abhorr the method.
