I didn’t give my name and told her I hadn’t called anyone and was busy in a meeting. She was quite aggressive. I hung up. She then texted me and asked who I was. I gave my first name and asked who she was. No reply.

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners.
