99% SURE ITS A SCAMMER My phone ID'S them as "West One Hair and Beauty" of Norwich. Caller claimed to be from O2, about my bill and saving me money on my Vodafone. TELSTAR, and Virgin mobile accounts. When asked when Caller ID says they are a hairdressers, they immediately hung up.
No idea who this is but an unknown caller/misscall to UK from Atyrau, Kazakhstan does not inspire confidence.

The message has nothing to do with the bank. Please stay safe. Do NOT ring the number or press anything to cancel the transaction.

Don't know who called me from this number. I jumped out of bed when the phone rang but I didn't pick up as I didn't recognise the number. It was 7:36 am ffs! Even the sun was still in bed where I live in Greater Manchester and I do't even know where Thanet is, never mind why someone from there would be phoning me at an ungodly hour. This number is SAFE - its a Hair Restoration Clinic and they only phone you if you enquired with them in the first place an asked for a call back - really nice chap answered the phone and was helpful
I think this is a spoof number as it is a not in service number and does not leave a message on answer machine. This number cannot be contacted.
