It asks you to press 1 and says if you don't, that a warrant will soon be issued for your arrest. Hang up and block the number, DO NOT PRESS 1.

Until I blocked this number, I was receiving 10 + calls a day from a company that seems to be called Miller and Stone connected to this tel number. No messages are ever left and they are auto dialled 24hrs a day.
