Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. I contacted them on her behalf and asked

Fake automated call HMRC stating need to pay penalty of face legal action

Fraud - Fake "debt collecter" type call. Asking to speak to financial department about an overdue debt that is owed (completely false allegation) but had no names or contact details. When asked if anything had been sent in writing the chap with a "Georide" accent said it could only be dealt with by phone so number blocked and reported.

SCAM - Poses as an escort and uses threats of violence & blackmail to extort money from people and never actually meets anyone

Was rung by this number - automatic voice message regarding my supposed visa account having no money in it, £95 aparantly taken. Cut off the call. Checked banking - no such issue. Scam call. Hard as its a local number so elderly when seeing number would possibly assume local bank.

CLAIMS THEY TRIED TO DELIVER SOMETHING TO YOU AND IT BRINGS UP THE POST OFFICE REDELIVERY APP WHEN YOU CLICK THE WEB ADDRESS, THEN TRIES TO CHARGE YOU FOR REDELIVERY, CAN NOT SEND A MESSAGE TO THIS NUMBER OR GET IT TO CONNECT WHEN YOU RING IT, NUMBER SEEMS TO COME FROM MANCHESTER AND I LIVE IN THE SW OF ENGLAND, I BELIEVE IT IS A SCAM TO GET YOUR CARD DETAILS, I HAVE BEEN THE VICTIM OF FRAUD IN THE PAST COUPLE MONTHS

called me several times asking to meet up even when told i was underage still demanding to meet up with me

I have been charged for 2 calls to this number which I never made £30.00 odd . Phoned 3 customer service- unhelpful! I cannot make personal calls from my office and these were made on a Monday morning whilst I was at work. be very careful

SCAM pretends to be from natwest, tell them, you will call natwest yourself.

I never answer the landline (to avoid giving scammers/spammers the knowledge that my landline is a valid number). I researched the number but could not find a legitimate index entry, so I conclude it is a scam and not to be trusted at all. Potentially dangerous. I received a call from this number today (14.04.23) - did not pick up phone but they left a message, that there have been "unusual activites/transcation" on my card (not mentioned which one). They asked to press #1 to cancle these transactions or #2 to speak to a member of their support team. COMPLETE SCAM!
