'Chris' told me he was from a Claims Company based in Truro and he was calling about a previous ppi claim that I had been underpaid for. He was quite convincing giving me the company reg no & address so I could confirm he was legit! He knew my address/DOB and the details of my previous claim. In my case the person said he was from SKY and was checking on my report on bad internet signal (that part was true). Advised call that my loft is fully insulated and boarded. Caller said we'll call that closed then.
