Fraud: Caller claimed to be from Amazon Security, but my phone isn't associated with any Amazon accounts so they're either phishing for passwords or for account information.

Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

SCAM Call from this number and again a male with a strong Asian accent. He knew my name and asked if I was that person. I didn't confirm but when I questionned him about who he was, he said he was calling from Health Department. When I asked him to define WHICH Health Department, he stalled. I said "you don't know, do you? There are many UK Health departments". At this point he simply hung up. I consider thiis a risk and potential scam.

This is a scam number, they pretend to be from Carphone Warehouse. As soon as I mentioned I don’t need anything, he ended the call. It was from a noisy Indian call centre. I blocked the number and added it here.

Received call from Automated message claiming to be HMRC chasing TAX and would start legal action soon if nothing is received, press 1 to speak to an officer. Checked HMRC, portal, email and letters and nothing wrong. Appears to be a scam but cannot confirm due to HMRC not working Saturdays :/

Scam call. Pretends to be from O2 offering half price bills. As soon as you say you're not with O2, it hangs up. Local London number but poor quality/routed phone line.

Odd call. I picked up the phone and said hello and was answered (by a robot ?) which said goodbye. Methinks an obvious scammer.

This was the first time there was an automated call at the other end purporting to be from HMRC asking me to press 1 because I hadn’t replied to them so they would start legal proceedings. I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.

I ALWAYS report EVERY Scam e mail and phone call to every agency who covers this-YET they continue! Interesting many mention Curry’s-Inundated for YEARS with fake curry’s and other services e mails.Plus piggy backing my e mail contacts falsely to try and get me to click on links. YET F*** all done to apprehend them and STOP this outdated practice
