Called twice today. No answer when I picked up. Second time I let it ring and it went to answer machine but no message left. Now blocked.
Yet another nuisance call. Please please can something be done about them? We are undated with these calls who disturb us at all times night and day.

Marketing/spam call - Help to buy scheme apparently for windows and doors. Hung up on me when I asked more about the company.
Have numerous calls from this number over two days. I let go to voicemail the first time and it was an automated call. Trued to call back and the line was just silent. I have now blocked the number.

Calling Sapphire on this number is a cost trap. You hold on for several minutes whilst an automated message chips on and on @ 15p a minute and then when it is answered and you state that you are chasing payment their standard response is that the cheque to settle the Voucher claim will be posted next Monday. This has happened to me on a total of 7 times now. I ve received 2 payments of £20 and £50 but I ve still not got back my £79.99 fee plus being charged around £15 in phones calls. this number has called several times saying they are from british gas accounts, I told an asian sounding guy I wasn twith British gas so he kept asking who my supplier wa, I told him I wasn t prepared to give him that information and hung up. I had already checked this number and contacted my supplier(British gas lite) who assured me my account is an online product and under no circumstances would they phone me.
