I received a call from this number to my home telephone at about 15.50hrs in the afternoon. I answered quickly as I was sat next to my telephone and could hear background sounds resembling a call centre but no-one spoke to me so I hung up. Presuably some sort of cold-call.

They phone you just after *they* request access to your account via your phone company's website by using the "Forgotten Password" link, so that the real phone company will send an OTC (one-time-code) to your mobile for verification. Please don't believe these people!
