Not sure why he continued the conversation but I told him there's no reason to strike up a conversation with a mistaken number.

SCAM called with an automated message saying that it's from the tax office and I owe tax and to prevent going to jail that I needed to press 1 to answer them. I haven't worked in over 20years so I don't pay tax so not even the smallest possibility that I would owe any. Also the tax office would never contact you by phone. Just and scam to steal money. I have never had Prime and I know that Amazon would not contact me in this manner.
