Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.
I did not answer as the phone number is only 10 digits long and therefore not a legitimate UK phone number. No answerphone was left
NEVER call and unknown caller back. You may be calling a Premium Rate or International number which will add a very large charge to your bill.

I have been called twice by this number on my mobile, and no answer message has been left. I have just called it back on my work land line (using 141), and received a message saying I was called today by their "Events Team", who will call me back! I have no idea who these are and no Company Name was provided. I am now adding this number to my Blocked list

This was a scam call about a visa payment on my account.
They took me for 3K and said they will tell my wife if I called them again. Complete scam do not pay them or call them they will promise you work but nothing happens, just keep cancelling and asking for more money which was willing to give but stopped believing them. They are calling, "On behalf of one of their clients", so telemarketing. I think it could be PPI advertising as I recently filled in a form online (although I did click to not receive any marketing calls). When I phoned the number back, there was an option to enter your number to then remove the information from their database. I did so. Within 24 hours it will be removed, according to them.. here s hoping!
