my daughter answered this call ..She was told she d had a loan in 2007, and repaid it in 2011. (I don t know how she would have got a loan for £3000 at the age of 11, but obviously this company has better records than us. ) When she continued to talk over the caller, telling him to take us off his list, he told her to go forth and multiply and hung up....proof of a scam

Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

They have taken £39.99 from my account and still waiting for my loan which I know now wont arrive. My advise to people is to cancel your bank card at your bank stating the reason for cancellation as this loan company may take further funds. You will then receive a new bank card which will stop them from taking further funds. They have called four times in the last three days. This is about a new boiler, feel they are taking the mickey out of us now, as we have spoken to them every time and said we are not interested.

Scam caller stating hmrc have a case against you, not true, if press 1 will be charged excessively. Should be hung and dried.

Really weird, rang and asked for my daughter whom banks with co-op. Left her a message asking her to call 08448448899 ASAP as there was a problem with her account. She rang them later and they had no record of anyone calling her nor was there any problem with her account.

I have today insisted on speaking with a supervisor and informed them that I will treat any further calls from their number as nuisance and causing harm! Informed them that I will sue for harm should I ever receive a call again! Informed the supervisor - who informed me that they were recording the conversation - that was good as I would be relying upon that as part of my evidence should they ever call me again. Now too wait and see if they do remove my number
