Caller said two transactions from account from Amazon & International Payment were received and looked suspicious. Obviously a scam. However thea above message says it is safe????? I rather doubt that.

SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. Keeps calling but no one answers. Last three digits are changed each time I block them. When will this be stopped.

This is a number used by a Bank scam

They rang saying it was the Inland Revenue and that I had ignored letters and owed money and to press 1 to speak to their operative which I did not do. I blocked the number. I am a pensioner with heart problems so not impressed. It was a recorded message which sounded robotic - hope this helps and hope you can take it down. I've reported it to Inland Revenue via their on line form.

Do not reply, block both numbers as they are a Russian scammer . I tried calling both numbers from a withheld number and they are both off. DO NOT ADD THEM ON WHATSAPP! DO NOT REPLY TO THEM!

This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.

The guy introduced himself Peter Jones calling from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd. trying to sell personal loan. it was suspicious. checked with FCA, I've been told that they are impersonating businesses and personal names. Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company and they are only mortgage broker not selling or offering personal loans. beware this landline number is a scam. personal loan only offered by banks directly.
