I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. Called today. Recorded voice claiming to be from my broadband provider and they will be terminating my service due to suspicious traffic. Unable to disconnect the call till I had pressed the disconnect button several times and even after the voice stopped an obvious line was still open even though I could dial. If they call you ensure you have cleared the call before calling your Internet provider or use a different phone so they don't record your details.
