This is a scam. They are saying they are from BT, however the following is true (as I worked for BT for 36 years). 1 - BT do not ring you on a mobile number (unless and engineer has an appointment at your house that you know about). 2 - The phone is registered to Vodaphone, BT do not use any other networks for their own use. 3 - He could not give me my BT account number. 4 - He said he was from Millenium City London, this mobile number is located in Manchester! Scam : This number called to let me know about winning £1000 towards Center Parks break. Female asked for bank details where money can be paid but when I requested to call me back because I needed to check my details she hang up.

Recieved a call from this number sounded like a call centre, I am in Australia, knew my name would not tell me how she was and were she was from, wanted me to confirm my name I just not me when she asked if I was XXXX, then she hung up.

Declined the call because was flagged as potential spam. Then I Googled it to find out that it didn't register on Google as a known number. Super suspicious. So I'm blocking the number. Anyone wanting to contact should have my email address.

SCAM, I rcvd a call from a guy who claimed he was from BT and that we had a problem with our line etc. Sadly for him we have nothing to do with BT and when I confronted him & had a go at him and asked him never to call our number again he called me a ba.....rd. I decided to just hang up and blocked his number.

FAKE HMRC pretends to be Mrs Emanuel from HMRC

SCAM - Claiming I ordered an iPhone 13 through Amazon, decided to play along. He requested that I put him on speaker phone so he could run through filling a form in. Asked for him to send it through email, he said I (as in myself) am not authorised for email, whatever that means. I queried again that I assume I will be notified through email, and for some reason continued to state I am not authorised. I can't believe the guy actually thought I would enter a random URL in to fill in a form, must be nuts!

This is another number pretending to be apple and sending malicious links. Do not click on any link within this message and block the number, stay safe.
