A lady with a very strong accent told me she was from Microsoft and was ringing about a problem with my computer, I told her I had had these calls before and did not believe her.

This is a Scam company who called me at 12:00

Incoming call saying Hammersmith & Fulham Borough of 02087483020 So I looked it up as didn't answer it looks genuine but why would a London Borough for Housing phone me up when I live up North is beyond me. So for this am sorry to say it's a SCAM. Compared to the other 3 Comments left with Reviews

Someone claiming to be from "Tenancy Deposit Helpline" asking if we have a private tenancy deposit. Asked where they got our details from, they said from the Tenancy Deposit Scheme, I said surely they'd know if we had a private deposit if that was where they got out details. He hung up.

SCAM Heavy Indian accent pretending to be from "Vodafone marketing dept.". Told him "No thanks!" and hung up. Beware!

02394352784 called 26 may 23 at 08:14 hrs..... Male caller said his records showed my property roof insulation was old sub-standard material and should be replaced to improve efficiency. Told the caller his records were out of date as they were the last time he called.... so I don't think we have anything to discus. Hung up. Scammer claiming to be from O2, offering to reduce my bill by 30%. Didn't confirm my name, if it matches the account holder name, or any account details besides the phone number (which they'd just called, so duh...). Just started asking for the verification code they send you by text when accessing your account. The one where the message specifically states not to give the code to anyone, even people claiming to be O2 staff... Probably not calling from Edinburgh either, probably a spoofed number.

SCAM pretending to be First Direct Fraud department, which it’s not. As soon as I said I would call FD back myself they hung up very fast. The number is similar to the First Direct number but is NOT legitimate. Do not give any details of any kind to them.

SCAM said they were Microsoft and had security alerts. Were very very abusive screaming foul language at me because I did not follow their instruction to connect to their system!!

They were waiting for me to press naturally did NOT and I held till they put down their phone and then I put down mine. Certainly a SCAM as I have no account in US

This number rang my mobile today. Caller was male, but the line very crackly, so I was unable to catch what they were saying. Quality of the line makes me think it was being rerouted from elsewhere in the world. They haven't rung back so I can only assume it was a phishing type call. I have blocked it.

Supposedly Visa Security Department about suspicious transaction on my card!

Received a call from this number stating that its visa card fraud prevention. Lady asked if i want to authorize or cancel Amazon purchase of a gift card £300.00 She asked about BOB and Full name but when I asked to give me my name she said that she approves the purchase because i refused to give my name and hanged up. Sound like scam be aware!!!
