Not sure who called but once I called back the number doesn’t work.
Amazon scam saying you have bought items that you have not. If you try to report that they have it wrong they get your details that can get them access to your bank account, and hence all the money you have in it.

Believe a scam - I had a letter which says it is from Lloyds Bank ( we do have a Lloyds Business a/c) but when rang this number on the letter they couldn't find our account by searching via name or post code or by ref number on letter - they asked for our account number which I didn't give or if I had a business card with me - I hung up - the phone number location for this number given above is a field near Blackburn in Lancashire but the address on letter is Edinburgh
HSBC mortgage department. Not a scam or fraudulent in any way. The fraud department confirmed this for me.
Put down the phone once the call was answered.

Rang it back at midnight last night and got a meaningless 'Your call is really important to us' message. Told my blocker to block future calls - it intercepted another this morning.

This is a scam. Told I owed money ($4000) form a credit card I had from 2010 to 2016. Would not give me proof of the debt. I never had a credit card during that time period. Said they are going to try to take $8400 from my bank account by serving papers to the county clerk that is in my county. I spoke to a couple of attorneys which said it sounds like a scam. Sales call / this is a call from SD of Verkada Limited - a tech company selling security cameras etc. It will likely be related to an email whereby it is suggested he will be "in your area" next week. Of course he doesn't know where you are and in the absence of matter-transportation will not be there. It's an unsolicited sales call and not very clever. Best avoid firms like this where they start with a lie.
