I got a call from this number and when I asked them not to contact me I got a string of abuse ending in "you stupid b***h"

They are trying to get you to let them market your property, just block them, they are a pain in the backside.

Phone pretending to be from E-on wanting to know who our new supplier was, but as E-on already know that he was clearly a scammer just fishing for information. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give ANY information or respond to a caller of this type in any way however plausible they may seem.

Yes this number is AO.com and yes they do know what you ordered. However this is the Sales end of their organisation so BEWARE (Its probably even a separate company just trading under the same name) . They are calling on the pre-text of your order with AO.com but are very aggressively trying to sell you appliance breakdown cover! Their script is well rehearsed leading you to believe they re on the service side of your purchase and calling about further delivery information. Try ringing them on this numb
