Call centre spam / scam. Said she was from a company called MEA (I think). Claiming there was an issue with a life insurance policy, so there would be a problem with a payout. I don't know the company or have a policy with them.
Contacted me through Whats App, the message was.. "Large-scale recycling of USDT (No idea what that is?) The price is high, I will pay you first. There is no Risk.
