This is a value added number meaning they charge you. I called Barclays Bank Sutton Coldfield, got no reply twice and was charged a pound a time. What a scam!!!

I quoue from the text message: "Kevin attempted to deliver your parcel today but no one was home. Reschedule the delivery via: https://my-fedex-parcel-gb.com" - I have not ordered anything and the text was sent at 11pm and while I was home. I suspected a scam right away. I will NOT be clicking on that link in the text message.

Although previous comment says Hellmann, I called them and said I was expecting a parcel from DHL. A very suspect call. Phone rang and after a few seconds of silence the call terminated. I would never try to phone back in case of the call-back scam which can put you through to a premium number which makes massive charges. This kind of call, even if a genuine cold call, can be very worrying to some people and I abhorr the method.
