Gave false name of Ray from Beneficial. Numerous calls in the space of an hour, are they taking the piss!, asked him to leave us alone and he said no! Hence he keeps trying to call.. This number is now blocked but how do I stop them for good? They come through on private and another number at the end of the 0113. Unhappy.

Seems to a London number used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2036342xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers / PPI / insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?

This number should be a landline from Swansea - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. SCAM do not give any information to these nuisances. I have now got bt Call Protect (free) but you can only sort the calls out properly online. Not everyone has a computer to do this. I wont buy a special phone to stop the calls. I use ansafone which is on
